The data shows that Arbitrum DAO Watchdog Committee submitted three separate Snapshot voting proposals on August 29 2024 to exclude Good Entry Limitless and APX Finance from any future DAO participation after alleging misuse of 457553 ARB in total. These proposals will close on September 10 2024. If they pass the committee expects the projects founders teams and associates to lose voting rights and proposal submission privileges on Arbitrum governance indefinitely. No on-chain wallet freezes or protocol blacklists accompany the sanctions. Only social exclusion from Arbitrum DAO remains. This approach deviates from the native Snapshot model by layering explicit governance access revocation on top of standard off-chain voting.
